Allows you to cut handlebars to make the pullback angle adjustable, similar to the Ness modular handlebars. Clamps are 4" long and feature an internal stop at 2". This allows to properly clamp 2" of each side of the bar for a secure hold. Incl. cutting and torqueing instructions for the included hardware.
