Experiment Red No. N4.9 2019 Bourbon cinchona bark and other bitteringDark midnight purple. After a bit of air, the nose opens with layers of blueberries, Morello cherries, graphite, dried red clay, and fresh mint. The green components extend to the palate, with fresh bay leaves, cedar, tobacco, and spearmint. The texture is lush and smooth, giving gorgeous shape to the wine.
