(currant, raspberry) Aeration reveals aromas of candied cherries and menthol. The palate is fruity and spicy (pepper) with melted tannins which give it a beautiful structure. We find cocoa, toasted notes at the end of the palate which provide length. The whole is delicious with nice density.
