It depicted three trench coated spies, reminiscent of government agents, eavesdropping on a phone booth. The artwork was seen as a critique of government surveillance, particularly in light of the nearby GCHQ, the UKs intelligence agency. It quickly gained popularity but was later vandalized and removed. The piece resonated with themes of privacy invasion
