Our Vino Bianco is a crisp, aromatic white wine with creamy texture and pristine minerality. Handpicked and whole bunch pressed with 50% of the parcel going directly to two year old French oak Demi Muid for fermentation while the remaining 50% was fermented in stainless steel. Lees stirring for a 6 month period helped create a creamy texture before being bottled.
