It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla, a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. We choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land, encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for
