then age for three years in 20–30 hl barrels and another year in bottle before release

and lifted with bright acidity

sometimes a touch of bottle spritz from natural fermentation- no heavy oak

Naboso RITUÁL 2021 type_rose Semi-carbonic (50% of Blaufränkisch) fermentationBlaufrnkisch An extremely fine and elegant version of Blaufrnkisch, juicy and elegant thanks to the fine tannins. 100 % Blaufrnkisch The 80% destemmed grapes and around 20% grapes with stems fermented 3 weeks on the skins in open 500 to 750l vats. After pressing, the wine aged for one year in neutral oak barrels on the lees and went through malolactic fermentation. After the one year barrel aging we blended it into tanks and bottled it by gravity.
