Our grapes are grown on the coolest slopes of one of the highest vineyards in the Piccadilly Valley. They are handpicked and whole berrywild yeast fermented in open barrels. The wine is then gently aged in french oak for 8 months. Unfined and unfiltered it is wonderful to drink from now until 2034.
