Envinate Benje Tinto Hendricks offering a taste of ItalianEnvinate is a collaborative project by four friends who met while studying enology in Alicante, Spain. The Benje Tinto is crafted from grapes grown on the volcanic soils of Tenerife in the Canary Islands. This wine is primarily composed of Listn Prieto, a varietal known for its light body and vibrant acidity, with a small percentage of other indigenous varieties. The winemaking process involves minimal intervention, with fermentation occurring in
