70s DARK GREEN FINE WOOL STRETCH JERSEY ART DECO INSPIRED DRESS - XS 1960s Chest: 32"AMAZING 70s does 40s autumn dress in a rich dark green fine knit wool jersey. The silhouette is fantastic with huge padded puff sleeves and a high square neck. Gathered panel to the front of the bust and attached tie straps to the waist to cinch the silhouette in. Long sleeve. Softly flared skirt. Back nylon zipper. No labels. The design reminds me of Biba, great Art Deco inspired cut. 70s at it's best! The puffs on theses shoulders is perfection!
