This is a six year old release that combines two peated casks, with three unpeated casks for a lightly peated release. The whisky within these five selected casks was matured in first fill ex bourbon for over three years before a 3 year and 4 month finish in French Cognac. Bottled at 58% ABV, with 2250 bottles available, this is an elegant and orchard fruit led single malt
