When hungry, a scorpion will quickly grab its prey with its pincers, and then whip the poisonous tip of their tail (telson) forward to sting and kill the poor victim. EEEEK! Made out of sustainably harvested balsa wood, these lightweight ornaments are hand carved and then painted with non toxic acrylic paint by a cooperative of skilled artisans on Isla Solentiname, Nicaragua.
