Wintering in Teal on Dark Green Brass 5 x 15 x 13Wintering is a two colour linocut print on heavyweight Fabriano Rosaspina paper in oil based teal and dark green ink. "Titled 'Wintering' this print was drawn and designed on the winter solstice on the shortest day of the year. I drew directly onto the linoblock, and sketched out a hellebore and different fern varieties all plants that I associate with winter. The ferns twist and curve, dancing upwards towards the light."
